Lack of sleep is the #1 complaint I hear from parents. Newborn parents, on average, lose one night's worth of sleep every week. It's not feasible to expect your new baby to sleep "through the night" but what is reasonable? Is there anything you can do now to set your baby up for long term healthy sleep habits? When is the right time to implement sleep learning? What can you do to fix any "bad habits"?
I will answer all of these questions and more at this upcoming workshop!
As a Certified Sleep Coach, I have been able to help parents AND their babies get more restful sleep and truly thrive instead of living in survival mode. Everyone NEEDS proper sleep to fully function and a child's growth/development occurs during their sleep periods.
There are SO many myths and theories out there. I'll help you sort through the useless information and get to the solutions that actually work. Our methods are quick, effective, and result in the least amount of tears. This information applies to children ages 0-4 and results depend on your ability to follow through on the information provided.
